 Product Description

The automatic line of shrinkless expander greatly improves the automatic degree of heat exchanger coil production. It enables the upstream process of inserting hairpins into fins, and the downstream process of drying, to connect with the expanding process automatically. It is one of the most advance design of vertical expanders in the world. 

How the machine works: 

1.Put the coil onto the mobile base at the loading station by hand.

2.The mobile base transports the coil to the expanding station.

3.The tubes are clamped automatically and expanding takes place.

4.After expanding, the coil is transported to the next station for flaring.

5.After flaring finishes, the coil is transported to the waiting station, and the detection device starts working. 

6.When the detection has finished, the manipulator moves the coil to the loading station of the drying machine. The mobile base takes a return route to go back to the loading station of the expander, waiting for the next coil to be loaded.
